COVID today

COVID-19 symptoms in 2025 resemble those of the flu, RSV, or colds and vary, but are not uniquely tied to specific strains. Common symptoms include fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat (which can be severe), fatigue, muscle aches, headache, and congestion. Loss of taste or smell is less common now. Most cases are mild, with 90%+ recovering at home, but severe cases (especially in older adults, immunocompromised individuals, or those with comorbidities) strongly recommend treatment with Ivermectin and zinc. Try to keep your vitamin D level over 70.

COVID-19 Mortality Risk Correlates Inversely with Vitamin D3 Status, and a Mortality Rate Close to Zero Could Theoretically Be Achieved at 50 ng/mL of Vitamin D3

What is Long COVID?

Many patients experience prolonged illness after COVID-19. It is a chronic condition that occurs after SARS-CoV-2 infection, typically defined as symptoms persisting for at least 3 months after the initial infection, lasting for at least 2 months with no other explanation. It can affect anyone, regardless of initial illness severity, including those with mild or asymptomatic cases. Common symptoms include fatigue, shortness of breath, cognitive dysfunction ("brain fog"), muscle aches, joint pain, chest pain, heart palpitations, and mental health issues like anxiety or depression. Symptoms may fluctuate, worsen after physical or mental exertion (known as post-exertional malaise), or persist for months to years, significantly impacting daily functioning. Estimates suggest 6–20% of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 develop long COVID. A puzzling feature of long COVID is that initial disease severity is not an accurate predictor; long COVID frequently occurs in people who had mild-to-moderate COVID cases as well as in younger adults who did not require respiratory support or intensive care.

Post-Vaccine Cardiovascular Events and Cancer

Most serious adverse events following vaccination occur in the two weeks immediately following a dose of the vaccine. However, evolving data suggest that some patients who otherwise had no adverse events from the vaccine appear to have delayed acute cardiac events (often leading to sudden death). This peak occurs between 4 and 6 months after the vaccine but may persist for at least one year. There has also been evidence of an emergence of “turbo” and relapsed cancers in the months following vaccination. We have developed this document to attempt to limit these complications and reassure those who have been vaccinated. Essentially, both cardiac and cancer-related complications are related to the persistence of the spike protein. Therefore, any intervention that reduces the persistence and the ‘load’ of spike protein will likely be beneficial.

A world-renowned neurosurgeon is raising the alarm after discovering that Covid mRNA “vaccines” are laced with secret cancer-causing ingredients to act as a “bioweapon” and “kill people.” He clarifies how SV40 is responsible for the escalating “turbo cancer” crisis that oncologists around the world are reporting., According to Kruse, Pfizer intentionally spiked its COVID mRNA “vaccine” with SV40 to trigger a “turbo cancer” epidemic.
